All orders are shipped with Colissimo or Chronopost depending on the option chosen by the customer when validating their order.

Standard delivery to your home and collection point is free from 70€ of purchase!

DELIVERY TERMS

Standard Colissimo home delivery: Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an approximate time of 48 hours to 72 hours, directly to your mailbox. If this is not large enough and you are absent, a notice will be left for you allowing you to choose a new delivery date online.

Delivery Colissimo Collection Point: You have several withdrawal methods to choose from to collect your package:

The post office
Pickup Relay
Pickup Station.

The delivery time is the same as for standard home delivery. The relay points are to be chosen after payment.

Express delivery : Orders must be placed before 11am for same day dispatch. All orders received after 11am will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 a.m. and on weekends will be shipped the first business day following.

International delivery: It takes place within 4 to 6 days in Europe and 7 to 12 working days in the rest of the world, it depends on the location.

*Business days are Monday to Friday and not public holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery times. During sales seasons, Christmas periods and/or special promotions, deliveries may be delayed.
