Zibi London Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Removal of Zibi London brand labels (neck, back, composition or cardboard labels) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

When advertising or promoting Zibi London branded products, the retailer or any other third party agrees to make this clear on any online, in-store or online platform, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest. The resellers/third parties website must indicate that the products purchased through this website are Zibi London branded. The use of images from www.zibilondon.fr & www.zibilondon.com is strictly prohibited without authorization.

Any attempt by a reseller or third party to pass off, copy or reproduce Zibi London branded products as their own or those of another will be considered a violation of the copyright, trademark and other rights. intellectual property, which may then result in legal action.

We reserve the right to choose to supply Zibi London branded products only to stockists we deem appropriate.

Some of our products are not listed in our wholesale catalog because we do not want to sell them in bulk

1. How to place a bulk order

You must be a registered user to view our wholesale catalog.

If you have not yet registered, go to the menu in the top bar of our website and click on BtoB "Become a reseller" , follow the directions and submit your information.

We will verify your account within 7 business days and send you an invitation to activate your account. After setting up your password, you can start purchasing from the Zibi London BtoB catalog.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation on your email address and then a second one when your order is ready to ship with full tracking details.

The minimum order value is €200 including tax. We have no minimum pieces or sizes. It is possible to choose what you want.

Delivery is free for purchases over €1,500 in France and Europe.

Zibi London reserves the right to change or cancel a customer order until the items have been shipped, provided the customer has been informed of any changes.* An automatic refund and notification will be promptly sent to the customer .

2. Payment

The order will be confirmed once payment is made.

3. Shipping and delivery

We aim to ship within 48 hours, working days of GLS receiving the order.

Please note that we cannot cancel an order or change a shipping address once the order has been placed. The exact cost of shipping is based on the quantity ordered and the shipment destination. You will receive the exact figure before payment.

• For orders in France:

The exact cost of shipping will be automatically calculated during the ordering process, which is 5% of your order.

• For international orders:

In order to provide the best service, we manually calculate shipping costs for all destinations outside France. When checking out, we will inform you that due to your location, our team must calculate shipping costs. Once the price is confirmed, a link to checkout with shipping costs will be sent to you.

As this process is manual, it can take between 1 hour and 5 business days.

We only use tracked services for bulk orders.

Updating the tracking number will constitute proof that you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, have received the delivery.

We will not be liable if the person who receives the goods is not the person who placed the order or paid for the goods. You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered (wrong item, damaged, missing parts...) and must highlight any problems within 7 days of receipt of delivery by contacting us at the following email address : contact@zibilondon.com

Note: If the zip code or part of the address is entered incorrectly, delivery delays or failures may occur.

4. Taxes and customs

International shipments are subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are usually due when the shipment reaches the destination country. Please note that Zibi London has no control over import charges.

Contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

All such customs duties, taxes or charges are the buyer's responsibility, even if you refuse any shipment upon delivery. International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities and it is the buyers responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

• French VAT: 20%

• International VAT: NO VAT for international orders.

5. Returns

We will not accept any returns or exchanges. If anything goes wrong with your order, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Outside of this period, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
